We have a number of different shipping options available. Shipping is calculated in the checkout based on the number of items you are purchasing and the address you are sending them to.
Each shipping option in the checkout will give an estimated ETA in business days. This ETA starts from when the parcel leaves us.
We're always working as hard as we can to get through as many orders as we can, as a general rule of thumb its best to allow 1 business day from the time you have ordered to the time your order will be dispatched.
You can review your shipping options in the checkout after adding your address before entering any payment information. You will be able to see your shipping options before deciding to go ahead with the order or payment.
CUT TO MEASURE PRODUCTS (Fabrics, Trims, Ribbons, Elastic etc)
Please choose carefully as we are not able to exchange or refund for any change of mind for any cut to measure items, which includes fabrics & trims.
PACKAGED ITEMS (Jelly Rolls, Layer Cakes, Haberdashery, Scissors etc)
If you have purchased a packaged item and changed your mind you may return to our store (provided it is in original packaging, unused condition) at your own return postage cost. In these circumstances we are able to offer an exchange or credit voucher only (not refund) for the product value amount upon its return & inspection.
While every best effort is made by The Remnant Warehouse to adjust photos to be as close to the actual product as possible, please understand that each computer or wireless device will display images and colours differently. Furthermore, images may be affected by a number of factors, such as lighting, shininess and the texture of the fabric all produce different effects when photographed.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if for any reason there is a problem with your order, such as incorrect product sent or a fault with the product, please inform The Remnant Warehouse upon receipt, prior to cutting or pre-washing. Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your item, as beyond this time there are other factors which may have affected the condition of your product, such as storage, handling or if it has been washed. If your product is deemed faulty we will provide either a refund, exchange or extra meterage to counteract the unusable portion of the product. Please note that it not matching something you have at home does not qualify as faulty, this is treated as a change of mind.
