12mm Silicone Grip Elastic- Star Ivory #T1539

This 12mm wide ivory elastic has a strip of silicone down the centre to grip the skin comfortably. This elastic has great stretch and return with a firm feel and is ideal for using on necklines, straps, and other edges of garments to hold them in place. It has a decorative picot edge on one edge of the elastic, desgined to be seen when the garment is worn.
